Delete your account

Closing your PESVG account removes you from our records. This page says how to do it, what goes, and what we are required to keep.

How to close your account

There are two ways, and both do the same thing.

In the app. Open Profile, then Close account. We email a six-digit code to confirm it is you — being signed in on the phone is not enough on its own to take away files somebody has paid for. Once you enter the code the account is closed immediately.

By email. Write to info@pesvg.com from the address the account uses and ask us to close it. We will do it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is removed

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Every sign-in link and code, on every device
• Your saved designs
• Your access to the files you have bought

Download anything you want to keep before you close the account. Access to purchased files ends with it, and we cannot restore it afterwards.

What we have to keep

• Your orders and what was paid for them, with your name and address taken out

Refunds, chargebacks and the tax year all need the figures. What stays is the money, not the person: those records can no longer identify you.

How long it takes

Closing in the app is immediate. A request by email is done within 7 days. Payment records held by PayPal are theirs, not ours, and are governed by their own policy.
