Privacy Policy

Your artwork is your property and your details are your business. This page says plainly what we hold and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, so we can identify your order and send you your files.
• The artwork you upload, and any instructions you send with it.
• The files we produce for you.
• Payment records — the amount, the date and a PayPal reference.

We never see your card details. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal; nothing about your card reaches us or is stored on our systems.

What we do with it

We use it to do your work, deliver your files, answer your messages, and keep the records a business has to keep.

We do not sell your data, and we do not sell, share or reuse your artwork. Your designs do not appear in our catalogue and are not shown to other customers. If we ever want to show a piece of work as an example, we will ask you first.

How long we keep it

We keep your artwork, your finished files and your order record for as long as we may reasonably need them — so we can re-send a file you have lost, or pick up a revision months later.

Your private download link expires seven days after it is issued, so save your files somewhere safe once you have them. If you need it again, ask.

You can ask us to delete your artwork and files at any time. Email [info@pesvg.com](mailto:info@pesvg.com) from the address you ordered with and we will remove them, keeping only the payment record we are obliged to hold.

Who else is involved

• PayPal processes payments and receives what it needs to do that.
• Our hosting provider stores the site and its files.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not share your details with anyone else.

Security

Files are held in private storage that is not publicly reachable, and they are delivered only through a private link tied to your order. We take reasonable precautions, but no transfer over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to function — keeping you signed in to your cart and remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
