Ready Design License
Every ready design comes with our standard commercial licence. It is deliberately generous about what you make, and strict about the file itself.
What you may do
- Stitch or cut the design onto finished products and sell them. Shirts, caps, bags, patches, decals, signage — anything you physically make.
- Sell as many as you like. There is no quantity limit, no reporting and no royalty.
- Use it for a client's job, as long as what they receive is the finished product.
- Resize, recolour or adapt it to suit your machine, your fabric or your customer.
- Use it in photographs of your products, including in your own advertising.
What you may not do
- Share, sell, swap or give away the digital file — the DST, PES, SVG or PNG — in any form. That includes design bundles, membership sites, file-sharing groups and cloud folders.
- Sell the design as a design, adapted or not.
- Register it as a trademark, or claim it as your own original work.
- Use it in anything unlawful, hateful or defamatory.
The simple version: you are buying the right to make things, not the right to distribute the file.
One licence, one buyer
The licence belongs to the person or business that bought it. If you have several machines or several people in one business, that is fine. Another business needs its own copy.
Refunds and revocation
If an order is refunded, its licence ends and the download links stop working. Anything you legitimately made and sold before that stays yours to sell.
If a design turns out not to be ours to license
We draw our own designs. If you believe one infringes your rights, email [info@pesvg.com](mailto:info@pesvg.com) and we will investigate and, if you are right, remove it and refund anyone affected.
Questions
If your use is not covered here, ask: [info@pesvg.com](mailto:info@pesvg.com). It is much easier to say yes in advance than to sort out afterwards.
