2. How do I download my purchased designs?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files through your account on our website. Make sure to extract the files using WinZip or WinRAR after downloading.
3. Can I resize or modify the embroidery designs myself?
Yes, you can resize or modify the designs, but we recommend contacting us for assistance. Resizing or modifying files on your own may affect the quality of the final embroidery, as shifts or distortions can occur.
